Title and risk of loss to the Products will pass to Buyer at the shipping point, which is Alsey’s manufacturing plant in Alsey, Illinois. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with transporting the Products from Alsey’s manufacturing plant in Alsey, Illinois.
